As we head into a busy month it is so helpful to have a meal plan all set for our whole month. This month I kept our meals simple. I’m relying on easy recipes like curried lentils (which I accidentally put on our list twice!) rice and beans, and quiche. These meals use simple ingredients and are quick and easy to make.
