A Healthy Egg Roll Alternative

Today I’m sharing another family favorite dinner recipe… Egg Roll in a Bowl!

If you’re looking for an easy homemade Asian inspired meal, I have the recipe for you. We’ve had it dozens of times and tweaked it to make it perfect for our family. This is a really money-saving meal as the inexpensive cabbage really bulks up the recipe!

This recipe is low-carb and Keto friendly and full of flavor! Our kids even love this recipe, it is one of their favorite dinner!

I usually buy ground pork (it has the best flavor for this recipe) Sometimes I use ground turkey instead when it’s on sale. The recipe also calls for sesame oil and I highly recommend that you run out and buy some just for this recipe, it is the KEY to the authentic flavor! You can use soy sauce or Coconut Aminos if you have a gluten intolerance.

This is so good! I feel great eating it also, knowing that I’m getting a lot of veggies. I like to add snap peas. Yum!
