Printable Weekly Meal Plan Worksheets

Sharing is caring!

In this post I’m sharing my printable Weekly Meal Plan Worksheets.

One of the best organizing tips I share with busy moms is to start meal planning. It takes so much stress out of my week and gives me a plan that I can count on for dinnertime. To help you get started I created several printable weekly meal planning worksheets to help. I’ve also included one free printable that you can download.

If you struggle every night when dinner time rolls around, you are not alone. I think that this is a super common issue that so many moms face. By dinner time most of us are tired and just want to relax. When I don’t know what’s for dinner it’s so frustrating. I dig through the fridge, freezer, and pantry and try to figure it out. It’s just so frustrating!

Having a plan takes lots of the stress off of my plate. I can plan simple meals for busy days and more complex or time consuming recipes for easier evenings. I can also precook food for later in the week. Last night I browned ground beef knowing that I needed it for tonight’s dinner. Having a weekly meal has made a huge difference.

The first meal plan worksheet has a shopping list on the side so that you can sit down and plan your meals and jot down your shopping list at the same time.

This next style gives you more room to write down each meals for each day.

I removed the grocery list so that you can have room to write out your breakfast, lunch, and dinners for each day. This is especially helpful in the summer-time when your kids might be home all day and you’re juggling every meal each day.

Black & White Weekly Option

For those of us who like to save on ink, the free template and the paid templates come with a black and white option.
