If you are trying to stay on top of your meal planning these free printable Weekly Meal Plan Worksheets should help!
One of the best organizing tips I share with busy moms is to start meal planning. It takes so much stress out of my week and gives me a plan that I can count on for dinnertime. To help you get started I created several printable weekly meal planning worksheets that you can download for free.
If you struggle every night when dinner time rolls around, you are not alone. I think that this is a super common issue that so many moms face. By dinner time most of us are tired and just want to relax. When I don’t know what’s for dinner it’s so frustrating. I used to dig through the fridge, freezer, and pantry and try to figure it out. It’s just so frustrating!
Having a plan takes lots of the stress off of my plate. I can plan simple meals for busy days and more complex or time-consuming recipes for easier evenings. I can also precook food for later in the week. Last night I browned ground beef knowing that I needed it for tonight’s dinner. Having a weekly meal has made a huge difference.
3 Weekly Meal Plan Template Layouts
I’ve created 3 free weekly meal planning templates that you can download today.
1. Daily Boxes – Meal Plan Worksheet
This FREE meal plan template is a block style. Each block gives you plenty of room to include all of your meals plus a “notes” block to jot down any important things you might need to remember for the week.
#2 Weekly Meal Plan with Grocery List:
The first meal plan worksheet has a shopping list on the side so that you can sit down and plan your meals and jot down your shopping list at the same time.
3. Meal Plan Worksheet with Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
This next style gives you more room to write down each meal for each day.
I removed the grocery list so that you can have room to write out your breakfast, lunch, and dinners for each day. This is especially helpful in the summer-time when your kids might be home all day and you’re juggling every meal each day.
Black & White Weekly Option
For those of us who like to save on ink, your meal planning templates come with a black and white option that is great if you want to save on ink.
