My favorite Microfiber Cleaning Clothes
I’ve been using Ecloth products for years and they hold up well. I haven’t had to throw any away or replace any in 10 years! I think the 8 Cloth Home Kit (shown above) is a great way to get started.
Deep Clean Mop – Regular sized and Mini
I adore E-cloth’s deep clean mops. I love that I can get under the edges of our fridge and oven. It’s easy to reach under the table and I’ve even cleaned off walls with this!
The mini deep clean mop size is perfect for cleaning in smaller spaces like a bathroom floor. I also like that we use the mini mop exclusively in the bathroom so we’re not cross-contaminating bathroom and kitchen cleaning tools.
The Viral Bathroom Electric Scrubber!
This scrubber is viral for a reason! It’s powerful rotating scrub brushes can get into tight spaces and really deep clean. Perfect if you have trouble reaching your shower or flooring. It comes with several useful brushes so you can get into every tight space!
Pet Hair Remove – Adhesive free!
This pet hair remover has the best ratings and has gone viral all over and I can see why! There is no adhesive or tape to peel off and it works fast. We have a dog that luckily does not shed but my daughter and I both have long hair and it gets everywhere! I love the roller style and it’s easy to clean out!
Extendable dusting tool
This has everything you need to dust ceiling fans, light fixtures, walls and ceilings, and more!
Gap Duster for Under Appliances and in Small Spaces
This flexible long microfiber dusting tool is very helpful if you have hardwood or tile floors and need to clean under appliances or furniture. It’s also a great tool for cleaning between your oven and counters or fridge.
Hard Floor Vacuum Attachment
While I typically use my Cordless Dyson for everyday vacuuming I wasn’t really happy with how it was cleaning my wood floors. Finally, I found a better hard floor attachment and it made a huge difference!
Dyson Hardfloor Vacuum Attachment
Shark Navigator Hardfloor Vacuum Attachment
Finally Vacuum under your appliances and furniture
This vacuum attachment allows you to reach under your furniture, appliances, bedding, or into other tight spaces!
Tire Washing Brush – Great for Tubs and Showers too!
This short-handled, soft-bristled brush is perfect for cleaning your tires but did you know that it’s also great for cleaning your shower or tub? The soft bristles won’t scratch but it’s strong enough to deep clean!
Our favorite deep-cleaning vacuum
While we do have a cordless Dyson 10 Vacuum for everyday vacuuming around the house, I’ve found that our older Shark Navigator vacuum is a real powerhouse! I can vacuum a whole room with my dyson then go over it with this vacuum and pick up so much more dust and hair! This vacuum is especially great on carpets and high-traffic areas!
Clean your Windows Like a Pro
This window cleaning set is great for cleaning interior and exterior windows as well as cleaning glass shower doors and mirrors!
Electric Floor Mop, Scrubber, and Santitzer
This steam-cleaning mop has great ratings and would be great if you have lots of hard flooring to clean.
Microfiber Dusting Glove
This dusting glove from E-Cloth is perfect for dusting trinkets, light fixtures, and other smaller items. It’s also handy for dusting your car’s interior.
Everyone’s Favorite Sponges!
I didn’t understand the hype until I tried a Scrub Daddy. I love that these little sponges do a great job of deep cleaning your dishes and sink without scratching! They also dry completely, which helps to avoid any stinky (and bacteria-filled) soggy sponges.
A Tidy Holder for your Scrub Daddy
I finally found this scrub daddy holder and it’s been great! I was tired of everyone leaving the scrub daddy sitting in the sink, where it couldn’t properly dry out. I also really wanted to be able to have it off of the counter. We stuck our Daddy Caddy in our sink and it’s been such a big help!
Floor Brush for tile, decking, and more
This floor brush is great to give your floors a good scrub. It’s perfect for cleaning off your desk (a great tool to clean composite decking!) You can also use this to clean your siding or any other hard surfaces that could handle a good scrub!
Floor Sweeper
These floor sweepers are still around and very popular! I remember these being used at restaurants when I was growing up. They are super handy for cleaning up crumbs or doing a quick clean-up on hard flooring or low pile carpets. These are great because, unlike a vacuum, they are so quiet! It would be so handy if you have young children at home and want to quietly clean up messes without disturbing your napping children.
Dryer Vent Cleaning Brush
Regularly cleaning out your dryer vents is not only helpful to keep your dryer running well, but it’s also important to do for fire safety! This long brush makes it easy to keep up with this important chore!
Find out how to properly clean a dryer vent and other helpful Laundry Tricks and Tips in my post here.
Dishwand with Soap Dispenser in Handle
This is my trick to a keeping a clean shower! I like to keep one of these in our shower filled with 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 Dawn Dish soap. When I start my shower I quickly wet the shower walls and tub and do a quick scrubdown. Then I can enjoy my nice clean shower!
Mini tabletop vacuum
This is a pretty cool gadget! If you like a tidy desk or kitchen counters this little vacuum is a handy tool to have! I gifted this to my super minimalist (*super tidy!) brother. I could see that this could be helpful in many ways. It could clean up glitter, eraser dust, hair clippings, sand in a camping tent, lint by the dryer, or crumbs off your counter!
Countertop Crumb Hand Broom
This is a genius tool if you have lots of crumbs on your counters. If you bake bread, this is a must-have! It’s also handy to quickly brush crumbs off the kitchen table before you clean it.
Counter and Sink Brush and Squeegee
This is such a handy tool to keep your counters clean and dry! I bought it for our bathrooms to remove water from the countertop after someone washes their face. The brush is handy for cleaning hairs from shaving too. I use one in the kitchen as well to help brush crumbs off of the counters.
Hand Brush
This is a must-have basic cleaning tool that every home needs. I like to use a hand brush to scrub stains out of our carpet, clean outdoor furniture, scrub sneakers, remove dirt from boots and clean off sports equipment.
Car Window Cleaner
This is a huge back-saver! This little tool lets you reach the inside of your car’s windshield so you can clean it without having to climb around and reach!
Must-Have Broom and Dustpan
Even with the fancy vacuums around I’ve still found it so helpful to have a good old-fashioned broom on hand. A broom is so helpful if you have broken anything, especially glass. You don’t want to vacuum up bigger pieces of glass with your machine. I use a broom to sweep off our deck or porch and it’s handy for a quick clean-up when I don’t want to make a lot of noise or get the vacuum.
Do you have any favorite cleaning tools to add to this list? Let me know in the comments below! I’ll be adding to the list as I find more tools that I love!
Lydia
Such a great list! I have one of the Fullerbrush floor sweepers and love it! It’s so handy to pull out and just quickly go over the floor and get the worst of the dirt. And it’s compact enough that it’s easy to tuck in a corner and also to handle.
Donna
I remember seeing those floor sweepers in our school when I was in elementary school. I can imagine how nice it is to have a quiet way to pick up crumbs without dragging out the big vacuum or waking up napping kiddos.
Jennifer
These are some great tools! I love the comb attached to the broom and the countertop squeegee for wiping water into the sink. Thanks for sharing the list.
Donna
Our counter was always soaking wet after the kids got ready in the morning! That little countertop squeegee really has been a big help. Thanks for stopping by!
