This recipe brings me back… In 2006, I was pregnant with our first child and this combination: Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Banana was my big craving. I would be ashamed to tell you how many days I walked over to our local ice cream shop and had them make me a milkshake with this combo. Let’s just say I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes at the end of my pregnancy, I blame the ice cream!
This recipe is much lighter and you can tweak the ingredients several ways. I love almond milk in popsicles, and if you can find Dark Chocolate Almond milk, you must try it! It’s so creamy and delicious. This recipe can also be made with chocolate milk, instead of the almond milk.

A few notes:
I use a Zoku Quick Pop Machine and I love it! They have several different types to choose from at Amazon. We keep ours in the freezer during the summer and when I want to make pops I just pull it out and throw in some juice, pureed fruits or pudding and in 7 minutes we have homemade pops! It’s so easy and the kids love watching the pops come out in minutes! You can easily use popsicle molds, ice cube trays, small cups or any other container to make your pops.
I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do. If you’re looking for something more fruity you might love my Blueberry Greek Yogurt Popsicle Recipe too!
